B2B platform for vehicle and machinery transport
Move cars and machinery without calling around
Shippers post requests and get quotes tied to a specific truck, trailer and driver. Carriers find loads and manage the trip in one order. Contacts are never published with a request.
Free. No card required. Registration is 4 steps.

Who it is for
Choose your Nexora workflow
For companies and logistics professionals — from request to a closed trip.
I'm a shipper
I move cars or machinery and want comparable quotes without the phone marathon.
Shipper workflowI'm a carrier
I have a car hauler or other equipment and want suitable loads.
Carrier workflowI'm a forwarder
I organise transport for clients: I’ll start with a main role, then the company owner can enable hybrid mode once.
Choose your main roleFor shippers
From describing the machine to photos at unloading
- 01
Describe the machine, not the tonnage
Make, model, year, VIN and dimensions for every unit. Heavy equipment has its own categories. You can also paste your request as text to build the fields faster.
- 02
Choose: open request or partners only
Publish to every carrier — or address it to confirmed partners only. An addressed request is invisible to everyone else.
- 03
Compare quotes, not promises
Every quote carries a price, a timeframe and the specific truck, trailer and driver behind it. Accept one and the rest are declined automatically.
- 04
Close the trip on documents
The system will not let a carrier mark delivery complete without a CMR and a photo of the vehicle.

After free registration, describe and post the shipment so carriers can send quotes. For the first request, prepare the route, dates, cargo, price and offer deadline.
For carriers
Fewer empty runs. More filled slots.
- 01
A feed of machinery loads
Filter by route, dates and machine type. Save the interesting ones and view only what's new.
- 02
Capacity counted in cars
A truck-and-trailer rig states how many cars it takes, not abstract tonnage. Consolidated loading helps you fill the remaining slots.
- 03
Quote with your own truck and trailer
When you quote a price you name the truck, trailer and driver, so the shipper sees what the rate is based on.
- 04
Dispatch by rig
Assign a truck, trailer and driver to each unit; one rig can take several cars at once.

After free registration, browse requests by route. Load availability depends on current postings. To respond, you need a licence, insurance, an active driver and a truck with a trailer.
Messages
The conversation lives inside the order
The thread opens from the order and stays with it: the header carries the order number, the route and the current trip status, and every message shows a read receipt. Loading, departure and delivery land in the same feed, so the trip history never scatters across personal messengers.
Every conversation sits in Messages, alongside the AI assistant.

How Nexora differs from a classifieds board
- 01
Posting doesn't mean getting called
Contacts are not published with the request: phone and email open up to the counterparty of an accepted quote and to confirmed partners. Company search by tax ID returns no contacts.
- 02
Your own circle of carriers
A private tender: publish the request to chosen partners instead of the shared feed. If nobody responds, one button opens it to every carrier.
- 03
A trip closes on documents
Without a CMR and a photo of the machine, the "Delivered" status cannot be set. Reviews can only be left by the two parties to a completed deal.
What's inside
Core steps — from describing the machine to a closed trip
Unit-level requests
Every machine carries its own make, model, year, VIN and dimensions

Private tender
Address a request to chosen partners only — or publish it to every carrier
Trip stages
The carrier marks loading, departure and delivery — the status shows on the order card and the event lands in the chat
Fleet and drivers
Trucks, trailers, drivers and documents with expiry dates, with per-trip history
Team and roles
Owner, manager, dispatcher, coordinator — each with their own access
Per-order chat
Your conversation with the carrier is tied to the request, with statuses in the thread
Route map
Routes are automatically calculated in truck mode
AI assistant
A request from a single message
Describe the shipment in your own words and the assistant builds a draft from the data you mention: route, dates, machine and price. You then pick the delivery method and the bid deadline.
The assistant lives in Messages, with a daily message limit.
Registration is free. The assistant is available in Messages.
Example exchange: "Need to move a 2021 Toyota Camry from Moscow to Berlin, pickup 10–12 June, budget EUR 1,500" — the assistant builds a draft request with the route, machine, pickup date and delivery method.

Frequently asked questions
Didn't find an answer? Contact us
- What does it cost?
- Registration and use are free. There are no paid plans yet.
- What can be moved?
- Cars, bikes and quads, commercial vehicles, special and agricultural equipment, watercraft, trailers and parts. Other cargo goes under "Other".
- Will everyone who opens my request see my contacts?
- No: contacts are not published with the request. Phone and email open up to the counterparty of an accepted quote and to confirmed partners, and company search by tax ID does not return them.
- Can I keep a request private?
- Yes. An addressed request is visible only to the partners you choose. If they decline, you can open it to every carrier.
- How is delivery confirmed?
- A carrier cannot close a trip without a CMR and a photo of the vehicle. After delivery both sides leave ratings across three criteria.
- What roles are available at registration?
- Registration currently offers two roles: “Shipper” and “Carrier”. Choose the one that best describes your main activity.
- Is there a transport contract, EDI or 1C export?
- Not yet. Nexora helps manage the shipment process: the request, carrier selection, statuses, CMR and photos at handover. Contracts, accounting and settlement stay between the parties.
- What languages?
- Russian and English, switched in one click.
- How do I get started?
- Click “Get started free”, choose an account type and complete four steps: account type, company details, user details and completion.
- Do I need a bank card to start?
- No. Registration and use are free, and there are no paid plans yet.
- Which account type should a forwarder choose?
- On the first step, choose the role that best describes your main activity: “Shipper” or “Carrier”. After registration, the company owner can upgrade the company once to hybrid mode and open both roles.
- What do I need to register?
- The company step asks for a company name, a 10–12 digit tax ID, country, email and phone. The next step asks for the user's name, email and password.
- Which payment terms can I specify?
- A request can specify 100% prepayment, 50% prepayment, payment after completion, or 14-day deferred payment.
- What happens when the publication period ends?
- When creating a request, set the offer deadline. After that date, the order is automatically removed from the marketplace.
- What does a carrier need to respond to requests?
- The carrier must upload a carrier licence and insurance, add at least one active driver, and have at least one truck with a trailer.
- How is the route defined?
- A request includes the pickup country and city, plus the delivery country and city. The route is calculated along roads in truck mode.
- What should I prepare for my first request?
- To publish it, prepare the route, dates, at least one cargo unit, an expected price, a delivery method or “any”, and an offer deadline. Payment terms are optional.
- Does Nexora process the payment?
- The request records the selected payment terms. Nexora does not currently present an embedded payment, escrow or platform commission; the parties handle the contract and settlement between themselves.
- Which countries are supported?
- Requests use the countries and cities available in the platform directory. There is no fixed public list; contact us if the location you need is not available.
- What happens in a dispute or if cargo is damaged?
- Nexora does not replace the contract or insurance process: a separate dispute or compensation procedure is not currently described on the public page. The parties arrange responsibility and insurance matters between themselves.
- Will there be requests on my route?
- Load volume depends on current postings; Nexora does not guarantee a number of requests. After registration, filter the feed by route, dates and equipment type.
